How to Get Started
1. Call My Aged Care or Call Us
To make the switch, you will need to inform My Aged Care (MAC) know you are switching to National Care Centre. You can call MAC on 1800 200 422, or we can call them with you. Please take note of the referral code to be provided, if you will complete this step by yourself. Provide us with the referral code so we can start customizing your support plan according to your needs and preferences.
2. Agree on Your End Date
Choose a date to terminate your services with your current provider and let them know about your decision. Provide us with the termination date, and we can assist you with the call. Just reach out to us, and we'll handle the process together.
3. Organise Your Start Date
Organise your start date with National Care Centre and let us know your end date with your current provider (if we don't have it already). We can help to minimise disruptions to your services when you switch.
