Informing National Care Centre about any alterations in condition, an occurrence, or mishap is crucial for the seamless provision of client care and efficient management of their home care package.

An incident or accident can pertain to an occurrence that took place either during the receipt of care services or outside of that context.

What will happen:

The Care Management team will reach out to the client and, if applicable, their representative to engage in a conversation regarding the issue and ascertain the most suitable steps to be taken.
