The collection and use of personal information by National Care Centre is regulated by the Privacy Act 1988 as amended by the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000 (“Act”) and is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles (the APPs). All employees and consultants of National Care Centre are expected to comply with the Act and National Care Centre own policies and procedures concerning the protection of personal information.
National Care Centre will only use the website visitor’s personal information for the purpose for which it was provided. If a third-party requests use of personal information provided by the website visitor, National Care Centre will refuse to share it unless the website visitor gives National Care Centre permission in writing or National Care Centre is legally required. When National Care Centre is legally required to share the website visitor personal information, National Care Centre will inform the website visitor in advance, unless National Care Centre is legally forbidden.
